Majestic Las Vegas will be located on over six-acres, which was formally occupied by the Clarion Hotel. Construction of this resort is scheduled to start in May 2020. This extensive $850 million dollar, 620-foot-tall contemporary architectural resort will be the first of its kind. The resort is being developed by Lorenzo Doumani and designed by renowned architect Paul Steelman. It will offer the perfect combination of sophistication, luxury, and prime location.

The real crown jewel of the Majestic Las Vegas is the Corporate Sky Suites. The Sky Suites will be located on levels 51 to 60 of the 620-foot-tall resort. They will be offered in ¼ floor, ½ floor, or entire floor options with up to 25,000 square feet of customizable space. The suites will feature 16-foot-high ceilings, spectacular panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
